Many affiliates have a small team of volunteers and a limited budget of time and money. Even with these limitations, it is possible to organize events and campaigns. Speaking from personal experience, I will explore tips of what to do and what to avoid.

The Wikimedia movement is made up of formal and informal teams from the smallest to the biggest. We all collaborate within those teams but also with the community at large. This collaboration might be even better if we learned to work better with limitations of capacity and money.
